MOUNT VERNON — Dan Darnell Shuman of Fleming was recognized during Brewton-Parker College’s honors day ceremonies April 14 with an external programs award. He received recognition from Dr. Jeff Edgens, dean of external programs.
Lara Pedraza of Hinesville also was recognized during the honors day ceremonies as a dean’s scholar for qualifying
for the dean’s list at least five times out of the last seven semesters. She received recognition from Dr. T. Ronald Melton, provost.
Brewton-Parker College is the only accredited four year Christian college in south Georgia.
