West Rehab Services and the Liberty County Chamber of Commerce broke ground for the new clinic that is expected to be open in the fall.
The ceremony took place at the new location, 475 South Main St. in Hinesville.
Attendees were West Rehab owners, Becky and Brian West, contractor Andy Foley, and Liberty County dignitaries.
