The Cosmopolitan Cub will host its annual Miss Teenage Liberty County Pageant tonight.
Six young ladies will compete in this year’s “Hats off to a Phenomenal You” pageant. They will be judged in sportswear, career attire, talent, evening gown and question-and-answer.
The opening presentation will be a recreation of “Phenomenal Woman” by Maya Angelou. The contestants will waltz with their escorts.
Contestants are Jasmine Nicholason, Olivia Deigh, Crystal Roberts, Brittany Wilkins, Tanasha Roberts and Sabre Reddick.
Miss Cosmopolitan and miss teenage Liberty County will be crowned. The evening will include entertainment from local talent and modeling by Cosmopolitan Kids.
Club President John Lewis will present four $500 scholarships to Paige Scott, Hillary Scales, Tamara Taylor and Haywood Banks.
The pageant is at 7 p.m. at Brewton-Parker College’s Liberty campus in Flemington. Admission is $5.
