Fort Pulaski will celebrate the African-American experience at the historic fort from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday, July 4. Activities include a book signing by a popular local author, Gullah music and Civil War soldier programs.
Admission is $3 per person; ages 15 and under are free. Call 786-5787 for information or go to www.nps.gov/fopu
