Members of the Morning Glory Garden Club, helped OMI workers plant daffodils Jan. 20 as part of a state beautification project. The plants were placed around the Blue Star Highway marker at Main Street Park. Club president Judy Shippey said there are more beautification projects coming up, including a tree planting ceremony Feb. 19. The Morning Glory Garden Club is a member of the State Garden Clubs of Georgia.
