Efforts by the Liberty County Chamber of Commerce and its community partners to improve the skills of the local workforce are paying off.
Public and private sector organizations have made strides in the past two years by promoting certification through the Georgia Work Ready program, and this year if the committee makes its goals, Liberty County will named a Certified Work Ready Initiative Community.
