The Vietnam Veterans of America, Liberty Chapter 789 is accepting applications until April 16 for its scholarship program . Two high school seniors will be chosen to receive $500 scholarships.
Applicants must be descendents of U.S. military veterans of the Vietnam War or of a Vietnam-era veteran. Applications are available through the high schools’ career counselor offices or by calling P.J. Schneider at 884-5599.
