A man says he was shot while walking along a Hinesville street, talking on his phone, Friday night. According to Liberty County Sheriff’s Chief Deputy Keith Moran, the man was walking in the 900 block of West Pine Street when he was approached by at least one person and shot once in the back. The 22-year-old victim, whose name has not been released, was reported to be in stable condition at Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah over the weekend.
