A lack of focus, said Panther baseball coach David Samuel, caused the Liberty boys’ 10-4 loss to Southeast Bulloch High School on Tuesday.

The coach said the boys committed four errors, but collected nine hits. On the pitching mound, Brandon Whitmore took the loss.

"We did well in the second inning at bat when we scored all four runs," Samuel said. "After the second inning, we didn’t get much going together in the right direction. We need to figure out how to stay focused to be a complete team."
