In a pre-trial hearing held last month, an investigating officer recommended dropping some of the charges levied against 3rd ID soldier Spc. Marc Hall. Hall is currently jailed in Iraq. Hall was initially arrested late last year for releasing a rap song with allegedly threatening lyrics and later charged with allegedly communicating a threat.
